Discover the visionA project for the city and for generations
Homs Avenue represents a new vision for urban development in Syria. The project creates an integrated place that raises quality of life, strengthens social bonds, creates jobs, supports the city economy, and adds lasting value for generations.
The urban vision is shaped by considered density, moderate heights, comfortable spacing between buildings, a limited number of apartments per floor, generous green space, and schools, mosques, and sports and community facilities close to residents.
A connected destination
Homs Avenue brings together safe residential neighbourhoods, parks, walking routes, schools, mosques, sports facilities, the lake and restaurants, public squares, shops, offices, hospitality, and everyday services within one coherent, comfortable masterplan.
Organised entrances, underground parking, and a clear gradation from public to private give residents comfort, privacy, and vitality at once.
