Chapman Taylor
Global expertise in shaping places
Chapman Taylor is an international architecture, urban planning, and interior design practice, founded in the United Kingdom in 1959. The firm has extensive experience in residential, retail, hospitality, leisure, transport, and office projects, and in combining these uses within urban destinations and mixed-use developments.
Hakmi Holding selected Chapman Taylor to develop the masterplan and architectural vision for Homs Avenue, drawing on its experience in place-making, human scale, sustainability, residential communities, and destinations that combine living, work, shopping, and leisure.
The design bridges global expertise and local identity, reinterpreting Homs architecture, materials, and social spaces within a contemporary project suited to the city’s needs and future.
