People first
Design decisions begin from everyday human experience, comfort, health, and privacy.
Homs Avenue is the first integrated urban project of its kind in the city of Homs. Located in Al-Mahatta district, it establishes a destination that combines residential life with commercial, social, educational, and cultural activity.
Project philosophy
The project philosophy starts from a full understanding of quality of life: a comfortable home, a nearby park, a safe school, a mosque at the heart of the community, spaces for movement and sport, everyday services, opportunities for work and trade, and places that give people a chance to meet and belong.
Five pillars
Design decisions begin from everyday human experience, comfort, health, and privacy.
Squares, facilities, schools, mosques, and gardens support a cohesive, cooperative community.
Services and amenities are distributed within comfortable distances that ease daily life.
Architecture reflects the city’s memory through arches, courtyards, shade, and local materials in a contemporary language.
The project combines housing quality, location strength, diverse uses, and sustainable developmental impact.
